Bridie McEntegart has always had a fascination for design, as well as being an avid skier and snowboarder.
She has over 20 years experience in designing within the ski and outdoor industries; including running the accessories department at Europa Sport (a major UK distributor of ski goods for 25 years), where she developed and managed the very successful Ami Chaud range. She was a director of the Lowe Alpine Group and held a post as Design Manager for Karrimor before becoming a freelance designer, developing product for many well-known ski and outdoor brands. The Dix brand was created in 2005, and Bridie is designer and managing director of the company.
